1. Who are we?

2. How do we process the personal data?
In order to be able to register and use coachrufus.com, we need your data in an emailscope. As a registered user, you are authorized to create a team and send invitations to its members by adding their personal data in the scope of their name, surname and email. By creating the team, you become a team manager. The manager can also invite another person to manage the team. This person also becomes a team manager. You can add personal data about another person only with their explicit consent. If you add the personal data about a third person to the app, it means you have their consent and you can prove how you received it. If such a person is a child, i.e. a person under the age of 16, the consent of their legal representative is required.
A person accepting an invitation to become a member of the team and using the coachrufus.com application also agrees that their personal data processed in the application will be shared with other members of the team. This personal data is not public to the general public, only to members and administrators of that team.
In the event that you or your team decide to participate in the tournament / league organized by coachrufus.com, you agree to personal data processing in order to
- publish the match / league / tournament results on the website of the match / league / tournament organizer and other official match / league / tournament websites in the range of name, surname, name of the team founder, position, level, video recording, video-audio recording, sporting results;
- publish sports scores from a match / league / tournament on the official website of the organizer and the social networks in the scope of name, surname, name of the team founder, position, level, video recording, video-audio recording, sport results.
While you use the application, we only process the personal data you provide to us about you, your team members and your team / league / tournament performances. It means the personal data in the following range: name, surname, date of birth, gender, height, weight, team / league / tournament / team founder, position, level, video recording, video-audio recording, sporting results and other personal data you provide us with.
3. For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data so you could use the coachrufus.com application to manage your team, record the match/tournament data, participate in the league, and share this information among the individual team members.
With your consent, we process your personal data for the marketing purposes by sending an advertising e-mail.
With your consent, your personal data can be processed for marketing purposes by both the organizer and the manager of the tournament you or your team have voluntarily registered for by sending you the advertising emails.
4. How can you handle the personal data of other members?
When using coachrufus.com, you can access the personal details of other members of your team, or of the team you are a member of. You can only use personal data that you receive as an admin or team / league / tournament player for team / league / tournament purposes. At the same time, you are obliged to observe the confidentiality of such data.
5. How can you grant us the consent?
You agree to processing your personal data for the purpose of using coachrufus.com when signing up for the application. You will then confirm that if you add a person’s personal data, you have their consent. For this purpose, it may use the consent template.
You can grant us your consent to processing your personal data for marketing purposes through a separate form, which will be displayed after registration / by clicking on the checkbox.
You can agree to processing your personal data for marketing purposes for the tournament / league organizer and manager by using a separate form that will be displayed after the tournament registration using the checkbox.
6. How can you withdraw consent?
You may at any time revoke your consent to the personal data processing you have granted us. You can revoke your consent
- by sending a notice via the online contact form;
- by sending an email to info@coachrufus.com;
- by sending a notification by postal service to Team Management s.r.o., Cezmínová 5, 851 10 Bratislava.
7. How do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data in the coachrufus.com database. This is stored on a server located in the EU.
8. Is your data safe?
The security of your personal data is of primary importance to us and we have taken a number of measures to ensure the protection of your personal data. Your personal data stored in the SQL database is encrypted. The server is stored in a safe place so a third party does not have access to it.
9. To whom do we provide your data?
We provide your personal data to the match / league / tournament organizer so you could take part in the match / league / tournament. They may also contact you to provide information about your participation in the match / league / tournament.
10. How long do we keep your personal data?
We process your personal data while you are in the app. If a team member is deleted, we will not delete their personal data, but the other members of the team will lose access to this information. If we delete the team by admin, we will not delete the personal data of all the team members, only the team as such.
11. What are your rights?
Right of access to data
You have the right to know if we process your personal data. If we process the data, you can ask us to access the data. Based on your request, we will issue a confirmation containing information on processing your personal data by our company.
Right for a correction
You are entitled to have your personal data we process correct, complete and up to date. If your personal data is incorrect or out of date, you may ask us for a correction or addition.
Right for deletion
You are entitled to have your personal data deleted under certain circumstances. You are entitled to ask us to delete your data anytime. We shall delete your personal data if:
- we no longer need your personal data for the purpose you have provided us the data;
- you withdraw your consent;
- you object against your personal data processing;
- we process your personal data illegally;
- the personal data has to be deleted in order to comply with the legal duty;
- you are a child or a parent of a child who has granted us the consents with the personal data processing via the Internet;
Right to restrict the processing
You may ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. If we accept your request, we will only keep your personal data and we shall stop working with such data. The processing of your data shall be restricted if
- you let us know that your personal data is incorrect, until we have verified its correctness;
- we process your personal data illegally, but you do not agree to delete them, and in this case you ask us only to restrict the processing of your personal data;
- we no longer need your data, but you need them to prove, enforce or defend your rights;
- you object against processing of your personal data until we verify if our legitimate interests prevail your reasons.
Right to data transfer
You have the right to request us to provide you with your personal data in an electronic form that allows you to easily transfer your data to another company. You may also ask us to transfer your personal data to the selected company directly by us. We will satisfy your request if you have provided us with your personal data and have given us your consent.
Right to object
You are entitled to object that we process your personal data. If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object to processing at any time. Based on the objection, we will delete your personal data. If we process your personal data in the following cases:
- to perform a public-interest task or in the exercise of public authority;
- due to our legitimate interest;
- creating a customer profile;
you may object to processing if you have personal reasons.
12. Are you not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied with the way we process your personal data, you can tell us via the online form or email us info@coachrufus.com. You also have the option to file a complaint with the Privacy Office if you believe that we process your personal data illegally.
13. How do we ensure the protection of your personal data?
The security of your personal data is of primary importance to us. To ensure the protection of your personal data, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures.We sometimes use third-party services or applications to process your personal data, but these parties do not have direct access to your personal data.
14. Final Provisions
This privacy policy has been developed by Lanikova Group Ltd., the solicitor´s office and therefore you shall not use the privacy policy in any way, in particular, but not limited to, copy, publish, change, modify, distribute and otherwise abuse it without their consent
